Hello, I am James Castillo. Please allow me to introduce myself to you.

I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Valparaiso, Chile, about one hour away from Santiago, the capital of Chile. The city of Valparaiso is situated along the ocean in the midst of Chile’s wine growing region where the climate is very Mediterranean.

I graduated from high school in 1982 and then attended college in Viná del Mar, Chile, where I studied Interpreting and Translating in English.

In March of 1992 I began my own journey of a lifetime. I left Chile and came to the United States — my very first international trip. I have come to love it here! Initially, I worked in the cruise industry but eventually settled down in Miami, Florida. I have the privilege now of living and working in the South Beach area of Miami Beach.

In September of 2006 I made the decision to go back to school and follow, listen, and pursue one of my true passions — Massage Therapy. It was the best decision I have ever made.

I am a graduate of Educating Hands School of Massage, here in Miami, where I have accreditation in Massage Therapy and Bodywork. In addition, I have specific professional training in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) as well as each of the various massage modalities that you can see described here on my Website.

I am licensed by the State of Florida as a Licensed Massage Therapist. My license number is LMT: MA53304

I am certified by The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork ( NCTMB).

I am a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

I have dedicated my career efforts to serve my clients through professional massage therapy and bodywork. I would love to have you as a client.
